Cookie Policy

Effective October 27, 2026Last updated October 27, 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how DueSure Support Limited (RC 9916662) ("DueSure", "we", "our" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on duesure.ng and the DueSure platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. Websites can also store information directly in your browser using similar technologies such as local storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

3. Cookies we use

We only use one cookie, and it is strictly necessary for the platform to work:

  • duesure_access_token (strictly necessary): keeps you signed in to your DueSure account and protects your session. It is set only when you sign in, cannot be read by scripts on the page (HttpOnly), is sent only over secure connections and only to DueSure (Secure, SameSite=Strict), and expires after 15 minutes of inactivity or when you sign out.

Without this cookie you cannot sign in or use your dashboard.

4. Information stored in your browser

The platform does not keep any other information in your browser's local storage or session storage. Your dashboard, checks and records are loaded from your DueSure account each time you sign in, and nothing about them is left on your device when you sign out. You can clear your browser's site data for duesure.ng at any time.

5. No analytics or advertising cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, and we do not allow third parties to place tracking cookies through our website. If we decide to introduce optional cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

6. Third-party services

When you fund your wallet, you are taken to the secure checkout page of our payment partner, Paystack. Paystack may set its own cookies on its pages, under its own cookie and privacy policies. DueSure does not control those cookies.

7. Your choices

Because we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for services you request, we do not show a cookie consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to sign in to DueSure, but you can still read our public pages and verify certificates.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change how our platform works or when the law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

9. Contact us

If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or how we use your data, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or our support team at [email protected].
